Terms of Service
This page sets out the rules for using the Roo marketing website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. The Roo app itself has its own separate terms inside the app.
1. Who we are
The Roo website is operated from the United Kingdom. These terms cover the marketing website at our domain only. They do not cover the Roo mobile app, which has its own end user licence agreement available inside the app.
2. Using the website
You are welcome to browse, read and share the Roo website. By using the site, you agree to:
- Use the site only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure
- Not use the site to send spam, harmful code, or abusive messages through the contact form
- Not scrape or copy substantial portions of the site without permission
3. Our content
All content on the Roo website, including text, illustrations, the Roo kangaroo logo, and design, is owned by Roo and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
4. The contact form
If you use our contact form, we'll use your details to respond to your message. See the Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle that data.
We reserve the right not to respond to messages that are abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.
5. Links to other sites
The Roo website may include links to the App Store, Google Play, our social media accounts, or other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Please review their terms separately.
6. Availability of the website
We work hard to keep the site available and running smoothly. However, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the site down temporarily for maintenance, updates or for any other reason at our discretion.
7. Disclaimer
The information on the Roo website is provided for general information only. While we make every effort to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations about its completeness, accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Contact
